Salzburg, Austria - DAY TWO

Woke up at about 9:00am to WONDERFUL SUNSHINE AND WARMTH! We made breakfast (Yummy eggs and sausages... I swear we eat better here in Europe on our tiny budget than we do at home...) and then headed into town to see the sights. And what sights they are! I LOVE SALZBURG! It's beautiful. Luke and I had kind-of been dreading coming here - especially for four days cause we didn't enjoy Vienna but man.... Salzburg is now at the top of the list for cities I love. We will definitely come back here. The town is quite small, you could walk across it easily, and it is surrounded by hills and MOUNTAINS. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!!
So.... we got to town and had a wander around, went on a hike to the top of the hills and had an expensive drink at a swanky hotel we found up there (See photo of orange-roofed building). The view from the terrace was great and there was a cool breeze. From there we climbed back down and found ourselves at the famous Pegausus fountain where the kiddies and Maria dance and sing "Do Re Mi" (See photo!)as well as the area where they dance around the gnomes! It was awesome! (Mom, you would have loved it!). Afterwards we headed back to the campsite to make dinner and there we hung out with Patty and Molly again.
We had a British gentleman move into our tent today..... We were a little disappointed but what can you do, right? Can't be THAT bad, or so we thought...
